Luigia was amazing her attention to detail and knowledge of our destination was second to none. Even while we were away she was reachable and made arrangements/changes for us while we were in Italy. This was our very first experience with Luigia and we can honestly say, we will not use anyone else! It was truly a fantastic experience working with her.
